Shipping Policy

Processing Time Since all of our products are made to order, please allow 3–7 business days for your item to be printed, quality-checked, and prepared for shipment. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time Once your order has been fulfilled, standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3–5 business days. Total delivery time is generally 7–12 business days from the date of purchase.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at artsyfeijo@gmail.com and we will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible!

Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll make it right!

Address Accuracy Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Artsyfeijo is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
